Namkeen Hot Chicken Joint started as a simple idea; to bring bold, high-quality Nashville hot chicken to our community, done the right way. What began as a single location has grown into a multi-unit, family-operated brand built on a commitment to quality, consistency, and experience. From day one, our focus has been on creating food that stands out and a brand that people connect with. Today, we're entering our next phase of growth: scaling Namkeen into a national brand through franchising. We're building the systems, infrastructure, and team required to grow to 100+ locations across the country. That means we're not just opening restaurants, we're building a platform designed for scale. This is an opportunity to join a company at an inflection point. The foundation has been built. Now we're focused on executing at a high level and expanding the brand nationwide.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Growth & Performance Marketing Lead to own how new guests discover and try Namkeen. This role is responsible for building and operating the marketing engine that drives guest acquisition, engagement, and repeat visits across our restaurants and franchise system. You will design and run rapid experimentation across channels, messaging, creative, and guest entry points to continuously improve performance. This is a hands-on role. You will not only set strategy, but also actively create, test, and launch campaigns yourself. From writing ad hooks and briefing creative, to launching campaigns and analyzing results, you will be directly involved in the full growth loop. You will sit at the intersection of performance marketing, brand, and creative, ensuring that how we attract guests, how we show up, and how we deliver the experience are aligned and constantly improving.
WHAT YOU'LL DO 1.
Growth & Experimentation Engine Own how Namkeen tests and scales growth Design and run experiments across audiences, channels, messaging, creative, and guest entry points Continuously improve how we acquire, activate, and retain guests 2. Performance Marketing Execution Launch and manage campaigns across paid social, search, and emerging platforms Be hands-on in ad platforms—building campaigns, adjusting budgets, and optimizing performance Manage agency partners when needed, but maintain direct ownership of results 3. Creative Development & Testing Actively contribute to creative development—not just review it Write hooks, angles, and messaging for ads and campaigns Work closely with internal creative and social teams to produce and iterate on content Continuously test creative variations to identify what drives performance 4. Data & Insights Analyze campaign performance and translate data into clear insights and next steps Identify patterns quickly and turn them into new experiments Build simple, actionable reporting that drives decisions 5. Systems & Process Build a structured testing framework that allows the team to learn quickly Create repeatable processes for experimentation, creative iteration, and scaling Serve as the central point connecting performance marketing, creative, and growth initiatives
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We care more about how you operate than where you've worked. Hands-on operator—you're comfortable both creating ads and running campaigns yourself Strong understanding of how creative and media buying work together to drive performance Experience leading performance marketing with a heavy focus on testing and iteration Ability to write compelling ad copy and guide creative direction Comfort working inside ad platforms, reviewing creative, and analyzing performance data daily Strong judgment on where to allocate spend and what to prioritize Experience managing agencies or external partners while maintaining ownership Ability to turn messy data into clear insights and actionable next steps Clear communicator—you can connect performance, creative, and strategy across teams
