At Micrologic Associates, we provide top notch products, services, and support to our clients in the car wash and quick lube industries. Offering a variety of equipment and software solutions, we aim to shape the future of car washing with cutting-edge products and services that recognize the changing needs of the industry. We thrive on turning ideas into solutions and always strive for excellence. Micrologic is seeking a qualified, full-time Client Success Coordinator. You'll be part of the Client Success Team, working on numerous projects, while also supporting the Client Success Managers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the Client Success Team with daily administrative tasks to help keep initiatives on track Help maintain and update client records in CRM systems Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot issues in a timely and professional manner when needed Contribute to the development of client-facing documentation, FAQs, and resources Maintain accurate records in our CRM Report on all open tickets to help support the team and their clients Perform additional duties as assigned by Management
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent time management and task tracking Clear and professional verbal and written communication Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse team members Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support wherever needed Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive project information Basic understanding of project management principles Familiarity with project management tools Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar, Gmail)
QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities Proficiency in any CRM and/or support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) A customer-first mindset with a proactive and empathetic approach Ability to multitask on projects and handling client accounts. Experience working in a fast-paced environment, being adaptable to new processes Familiarity with success metrics like NPS, CSAT, and customer health scores Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively
