The Product Director for REZZAYO leads end-to-end brand strategy and product marketing, driving lifecycle management, commercialization, and cross-functional execution to achieve revenue growth, market adoption, and competitive differentiation within the hospital-based infectious disease market.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product & Brand Marketing ExecutionManage the product lifecycle (in-line and new indications) through influencing a cross-functional team of stakeholdersSuccessfully achieve revenue, growth, and profitability expectations, as set forth by the Executive Leadership TeamDefine and manage KPIs (Rx, share, access, adoption curves) necessary to track brand performanceBuild and manage business cases and forecasts for label/line extensionsDevelop Integrated Brand Strategy for CommercializationCollaborate with Sales and Commercial Operations to design and execute effective strategies that support demand generation, and field execution and the introduction of extended indicationsOversee development of sales enablement tools, promotional materials, and customer-facing assets that drive engagement and performanceSupport national and regional sales meetings, training programs, and key commercial milestonesDevelop and evolve brand strategy and positioning including the definition of target segments and value propositionAbility to Influence Cross-FunctionallyWork cross-functionally from concept to launch across R D, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teamsProvide input to supply chain and finance functions to maintain adequate product supply and adherence to revenue and spending goalsInteract with customers as requiredInsights, Analytics & Market UnderstandingLead the generation and application of market research, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform cross-functional decision-makingMonitor market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive trends from the health care provider level to institutional settingsDefine and track KPIs and performance metrics to assess marketing effectiveness and optimize resource allocationSKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree required; advanced degree preferred.5+ years of progressive marketing experience within the biopharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with demonstrated commercial impactMinimum of 2 years of people leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead high-performing teamsExperience developing brand positioning and supporting lifecycle management initiativesFamiliarity with complex stakeholder environments, including hospital systems and integrated delivery networksEXEMPT/NON EXEMPT
