HEAD OF AMERICAS SALES

needed at one of our clients that provides solutions across analytics, trading, market data, connectivity and infrastructure to investment banks, asset managers, hedge funds, broker dealers, exchanges and electronic trading firms!!! Hybrid 3x per week in NYC only. Base $275k - $300k x2 OTE plus EQUITY potential. Must have 10+ years of experience leading teams selling similar products and running a book of at least $75M ARR. Our clients is hiring a Regional Head of Sales, Americas to lead their business through its next stage of growth. This is a high-impact role for a proven sales executive who can scale teams, deepen strategic customer relationships, build a connected and engaged sales culture, and translate growth strategy into disciplined execution across the region.

The Opportunity:
  • Lead the Americas sales organization and own regional bookings, quota performance, pipeline quality, forecast accuracy, and operating cadence.
  • Build a highly engaged, connected sales culture where managers and senior sellers are aligned, accountable, supported, and motivated to perform at their best.
  • Drive executive engagement with strategic customers, prospects, partners, and industry stakeholders across the Americas.
  • Prioritize the highest-impact workstreams and help the team stay focused on the customer, revenue, and execution priorities that matter most.
  • Partner cross-functionally across product, marketing, finance, legal, operations, technology, and delivery to support growth, deal execution, and customer success. What you'll build:

Who will thrive here:

You are a proven sales executive with experience leading significant revenue in data, software, fintech, financial services, or technology services, including more than $140M in annual revenue ownership. You bring executive presence, enterprise sales discipline, a passion for coaching, strong prioritization skills, and the ambition to grow into broader global sales leadership.

  • 10+ years leading sales and account management teams.
  • 10+ years in financial services and/or financial technology sales.
  • Experience managing more than $140M in annual revenue, bookings targets, pipeline quality, and forecast accuracy.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to influence customers, stakeholders, and senior leaders.
  • Track record of scaling teams, driving growth, and leading through change in fast-paced markets.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization, sales operations, and CRM capabilities, including Salesforce.com or similar platforms.
  • Deep commitment to team culture, connectivity, engagement, coaching, and sales talent development.
  • Ambition and potential to grow into broader global sales leadership across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
