full-time About the role To help shape visual storytelling across advertising campaigns, websites, social media, video, thought leadership content, and client brands. Candidate understands both the art and science of marketing. They can create compelling visuals while also thinking about audience behavior, campaign performance, and content distribution. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is an integral part of the role. What You'll Do Creative Development Design integrated marketing campaigns from concept through execution Create digital advertising assets across Meta, , Google, display, OTT, and emerging platforms Design social media content, infographics, presentations, and brand materials Develop visual systems that scale across channels and campaigns Collaborate with strategists, account teams, writers, and video editors Marketing & Advertising Strategy Understand campaign objectives and design creative that supports business goals Work closely with media team to optimize creative performance Translate complex client stories into simple, compelling visual narratives Contribute ideas during campaign planning and creative strategy sessions AI & Creative Develop repeatable design systems, templates, and production processes Experiment with emerging technologies that improve content creation and performance Use AI-powered creative tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative exploration What We're Looking For Required Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, or a related field 4 to 6+ years of experience in agency, marketing, advertising, or in-house creative environments Strong portfolio demonstrating both brand and performance marketing work Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) Mastery of typography, layout, brand systems, and visual hierarchy. Knowledge of AI design tools such as Midjourney and Higgsfield Experience designing for digital advertising and social media platforms Experience in presenting to clients Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Preferred Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or animation Familiarity with advanced AI creative tools and workflows Website design and CMS experience a plus Experience working with B2B organizations Understanding of analytics and creative performance metrics Prior experience in agency settings or with marketing teams
