Commercial Lines Marketing Manager (Pelham/Scarsdale) About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Marketing Manager to support and grow their commercial insurance portfolio. This individual will play a key role in managing carrier relationships, marketing new and renewal business, and collaborating closely with producers and service teams. This is a fully in person role based in the Scarsdale or Pelham office. Key Responsibilities
Market new and renewal commercial insurance accounts to multiple carriers
Negotiate pricing, coverage, and terms to deliver competitive insurance solutions
Maintain strong relationships with carrier underwriters and internal stakeholders
Analyze coverage, pricing, and risk exposures across multiple commercial lines of business
Support producers with account strategy, submissions, and carrier positioning
Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance products
Stay informed on market trends, carrier appetite, and underwriting guidelines
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of submissions and marketing deliverables Required Qualifications
3 to 5 years of commercial lines marketing experience
Previous experience working in an insurance brokerage or agency environment
Exposure to multiple commercial lines of business such as general liability, property, workers compensation, commercial auto, umbrella, and professional lines
Strong understanding of carrier markets and underwriting processes
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Preferred Experience
Experience in retail, construction, or related commercial industries is a plus
Prior experience marketing complex or mid market commercial accounts Work Location
