A growing energy-focused consulting firm is seeking a Marketing & Communications Manager to support its next phase of expansion. This role will collaborate closely with business development, consulting teams, and leadership to execute marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen brand presence and support client growth across North America.

Role OverviewThe Marketing & Communications Manager will partner across the organization to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, support proposal development, and strengthen client engagement. This is a hands-on role requiring both strategic thinking and execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement annual marketing strategies aligned with business development goalsEnsure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels and materialsCreate and manage high-value content (e.g., website updates, social media, thought leadership, proposals)Partner with business development and consulting teams to support proposal and RFP developmentCoordinate external engagement efforts, including industry events, conferences, and sponsorshipsManage marketing budgets and allocate resources to maximize ROISupport pipeline development through bid/no-bid decision processesMaintain CRM systems and develop reporting dashboards to track marketing and sales performanceAnalyze KPIs related to marketing effectiveness, pipeline activity, and revenue forecastingContribute to deliverables by ensuring clear, consistent messaging across reports, presentations, and client materialsSupport internal communications initiatives in collaboration with leadershipRequired QualificationsExperience in marketing and communications, preferably within a consulting or professional services environmentStrong understanding of or interest in the energy or infrastructure sectorDemonstrated ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholdersExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentation developmentExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter mindset with a hands-on, team-oriented approachBachelor's degree requiredPreferred AttributesExperience supporting proposal development and client-facing materialsExposure to data analysis and reporting related to marketing performanceAbility to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messagingExperience contributing to brand strategy and lead generation initiatives
