We partner with incredible nonprofit organizations across the region, bringing their missions to life through high-energy, face-to-face pop-up campaigns. As we scale our operations, we need driven, people-first Campaign Managers to help run the show. No management experience? No worries. We promote from within and build leaders from scratch. If you've got hustle, heart, and a hunger to grow — we'll give you everything else. What You'll Actually Be Doing This isn't a "sit behind a desk and send emails" management role. You'll be out in the community, leading your team from the front across pop-up events at retail locations, community spaces, and high-traffic venues throughout Greater Columbus. Here's what your days look like: Leading a team of Event Marketing Coordinators across active pop-up fundraising campaigns — keeping energy high, performance on track, and everyone motivated Running pop-up operations end-to-end — planning logistics, overseeing setup and breakdown, managing multiple locations, and making real-time calls when things need adjusting Coaching and developing your team in real time — modeling great donor engagement, giving feedback on the floor, and celebrating wins out loud Hitting targets — owning your campaign's weekly fundraising goals and holding yourself and your team accountable to results Tracking performance data — monitoring individual and team metrics across shifts and reporting results to senior leadership Recruiting and onboarding — as you grow, you'll have direct input on who joins your team and how they get trained Being the face of the campaign — for your team, for donors, and for the nonprofits we represent Who We're Looking For A natural leader — people gravitate toward you, listen to you, and want to work hard for you Someone who's done something that required responsibility: team captain, shift supervisor, lead barista, RA, club president — we're not picky about the title, we care about the mindset Confident communicator who can hold a room, give direction clearly, and still have a real conversation with a stranger Competitive, goal-oriented, and motivated by results — you like winning and you like winning with your team High energy and highly reliable — pop-up campaigns don't run themselves, and your team counts on you showing up ready to go Flexible and available for a full-time schedule, including weekends (campaigns run when people are out!) Work Location This is a fully in-person, field-based role in Columbus, OH. You'll be assigned to pop-up campaign locations at retail sites, community venues, and high-traffic public spaces across Greater Columbus. Locations rotate by campaign. No remote work available — this role is 100% on the ground, in the community, leading your team.
