We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Multimedia Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of graphic design, video production, content creation, marketing coordination, and brand management in a fast-paced med spa environment. Responsibilities Multimedia Content & Design Create and manage monthly promotional signage for all locations Design billboard advertisements and marketing collateral Create Instagram Reel-style promotional graphics/videos for monthly specials Design and update: Product of the Month signage Brochures Banners Treatment room TV content Consult folders and books In-spa signage and collateral Create and maintain pre-treatment and post-treatment instruction sheets/cards Video Production & Photography Film, produce, and edit: Consult room videos Educational content for social media and website use Promotional marketing videos Manage before-and-after photo protocols and organization Update before-and-after tracking spreadsheets and consult books Website Management Coordinate monthly specials and updates with website management team Review and approve email blasts and website updates Communicate marketing needs and content changes to external partners Featured services/products Educational content Monthly specials Marketing Outreach Create and schedule: Email campaigns Text campaigns Promotional outreach Event announcements Internal/external communications General Marketing Support Conduct competitor market research Assist in brainstorming monthly promotions and campaigns Support social media efforts when needed Assist with customer service and troubleshooting when needed Qualifications Experience in marketing, multimedia design, communications, or related field preferred Strong graphic design and video editing skills Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar platforms Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Photography/videography experience preferred Social media and branding knowledge preferred Experience in aesthetics, wellness, beauty, or med spa industry is a plus
