Marketing Director

Duties Develop and implement integrated marketing plans that align with company goals, focusing on multichannel marketing including digital, print, and social media platforms Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across channels such as Facebook Advertising, Google AdWords, and other paid media platforms to maximize ROI Oversee content marketing efforts by creating engaging copy, managing blogs, email campaigns, and social media content to attract and retain customers Utilize SEO strategies and tools like Google Analytics to improve website visibility, track performance metrics, and refine marketing tactics accordingly Coordinate with product management teams to support product launches through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities Manage marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer journeys Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and uncover new opportunities for growth in B2B (business-to-business) markets and e-commerce channels Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and multichannel strategies Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for content creation and campaign design Hands-on experience with WordPress, HTML coding basics, and website management for content updates and optimization Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making Demonstrated ability in advertising sales support and managing budgets for marketing initiatives Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools for nurturing leads and customer engagement Experience in product management coordination and executing print advertising campaigns is a plus Strong research skills combined with strategic thinking to develop innovative marketing solutions Ability to work collaboratively across teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Marketing Director if you are passionate about crafting impactful campaigns that drive results!
