Evenings (starting around 3:00 PM) Weekends Hours based on service needs Up to 40 hours per week

Pay & Incentives:

$17.25/hour (day services and home & community-based services) Shift Differentials +$1.00/hour for evening shifts +$2.00/hour for Friday evenings +$5.00/hour for Saturday & Sunday shifts About the

Role:

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll play a vital role in empowering adults with developmental disabilities to live more independent, connected, and fulfilling lives. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to build relationships, support personal growth, and help individuals actively engage in their communities.

What You'll Do:

Support individuals in exploring interests and building life skills Assist with participation in community activities and events Encourage independence and confidence in daily living Engage in fun, meaningful activities like: Shopping Exercising Swimming Going to the movies

Volunteering What We're Looking For:

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Friendly, compassionate, and outgoing personality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for helping others and making a difference
