Admissions / Marketing Director Dublin Post Acute -
Dublin, Ohio Salary:
$60,000-$85,000 annually (based on experience) Dublin Post Acute is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Admissions / Marketing Director to lead facility growth, strengthen referral partnerships, and create an exceptional admission experience for residents and families. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in healthcare outreach, relationship building, and fast-paced environments. Position Summary The Admissions / Marketing Director is responsible for managing admissions processes, developing referral relationships, coordinating marketing initiatives, and supporting census growth goals. This individual serves as a key liaison between hospitals, physicians, case managers, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners Manage admissions pipeline and coordinate resident intake process Conduct tours and educate prospective residents and families on services offered Develop and execute marketing and outreach plans to support occupancy goals Track referral activity, admissions data, and marketing performance metrics Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure smooth transitions into the facility Represent Dublin Post Acute at networking and community events Maintain knowledge of payer sources including Medicare, managed care, and private pay Ensure admissions processes remain compliant with applicable regulations Qualifications Experience in admissions, healthcare marketing, business development, or related field preferred Skilled in relationship building and communication Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting Proficient with Microsoft Office and healthcare systems preferred Bachelor's degree preferred but not required based on experience We are an equal opportunity employer.
