Job Description
The Pavilion at Piketon is seeking a Director of Marketing / Admissions to lead census growth and manage the admissions process within the facility. This is a dual-role position responsible for driving referrals, managing relationships with hospitals and community partners, and overseeing the admissions pipeline from referral through admission. The ideal candidate understands the skilled nursing environment and can balance external marketing efforts with strong internal admissions execution.
