Job Description

Legends Recovery Center is a rapidly growing behavioral healthcare organization providing Detox, Residential, PHP, and IOP services across Ohio, with expansion underway. We are built on a simple principle: clinical excellence must be matched with an exceptional client experience. Our facilities are designed to feel more like a high-end hotel than a traditional treatment center, with a strong focus on dignity, comfort, and individualized care. Position OverviewWe are seeking a Director of Client Experience to elevate how our staff engages with clients across all levels of care. This role is responsible for ensuring that every client interaction reflects empathy, professionalism, and a high standard of hospitality. This is not a desk role. The right candidate will be highly visible in the facility, working directly with staff and clients to shape culture, reinforce expectations, and continuously improve the overall experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee and improve the full client experience from admission through discharge Train and coach staff on communication, empathy, and professionalism Establish and enforce service standards across all departments Conduct daily rounds with clients to gather real-time feedback and resolve concerns Identify gaps in client care or experience and implement immediate solutions Partner with clinical and operations leadership to align care with experience Lead onboarding and ongoing training focused on culture and client interaction Hold staff accountable to established service and behavior expectations Qualifications 3+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, hospitality, or client experience leadership Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and hold teams accountable Experience training and developing staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Background in behavioral health is a plus, but not required We are looking for someone who naturally leads with empathy, but also understands accountability. This role requires a balance of compassion and structure—someone who can elevate how care is delivered while maintaining clear expectations across the organization.

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
