Full Job Description Basic Job Description:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans. This role oversees marketing campaigns, brand positioning, materials, and market research to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor marketing team members. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
  • Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with goals. Oversee and participate in content creation, including websites, social media, and promotional materials. Track, measure, and report on performance and ROI. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
  • Attend community events, marketing events, and community engagement initiatives ensuring they reflect the company's brand and support strategic business objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
Interact with facility staff, clients, and family members in a professional manner, adhering to company policies and procedures. Ensure staff is maintaining accurate project documentation in Monday.com. Other duties assigned by the leadership team.
Requirements:
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Education and experience in lieu of degree may be accepted. 8+ years of experience in marketing or another related role. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content strategy, and analytics. Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Create Suite. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Operates with flexibility and adaptability to any environment. Ability to multi-task, interpreting on-going problems and suggesting possible solutions. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
