Description:
Summary The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels. The ideal candidate will build, track, and analyze the performance of advertising and email campaigns, manage the marketing and ensure that all marketing is in line with the brand identity. Essential Functions- Evaluate current marketing deficiencies
- Provide analytical and technological support and consultation to key stakeholders (i.e. management, sales, recruiting)
- Develop, write, and organize marketing campaigns, strategy and road-map development with sales and recruiting
- Develop email campaign benchmarks and performance reporting
- Build brand awareness and strengthen existing marketing strategies, to include social media marketing campaigns, as well as targeted marketing campaigns
- Oversee and direct the rollouts of marketing initiative.
- Develop, write and manage company specific information to facilitate accurate and appropriate RFPIO content development

- Project and content management skills
- Creative thinking and problem solving
- Ability to develop and execute social media campaigns, as well as accounts-based marketing campaigns
- Strong oral and written communication
- Some graphic design skills a plus
- Responsible for revenue contribution and performing to KPIs of marketing campaigns/success
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.Physical Demands:
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.Travel:
No travel is expected for this position.Education and Experience:
- Marketing degree, or equivalent work experience, required
- Must have experience creating and implementing social media campaigns
- Must have experience developing and executing accounts-based marketing campaigns
- Graphic design experience is a plus
- Previous experience in the staffing industry is a plus
