Role Overview Cyclone is seeking a full-time, on-site Marketing Manager to join its North American office in Beaverton. This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships with North American outdoor brands, driving sustainability-focused initiatives, and supporting business growth through marketing, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is passionate about sustainability, innovation, and relationship building, with experience working within the outdoor or textile industries. Key Responsibilities Establishing, developing, and strengthening relationships with North American outdoor and performance brands. Presenting Cyclone's capabilities, technologies, and product portfolio while identifying and understanding customer needs. Leading and facilitating collaborative projects focused on circularity, sustainability, and material innovation. Sharing market intelligence and customer insights with headquarters to help guide innovation and R D priorities. Partnering closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on customer requirements and project execution. Managing marketing initiatives, campaign development, promotional materials, and social media activities. Collaborating cross-functionally with Cyclone's R D, Operations, and Sales teams globally. Planning, organizing, and managing trade show participation, exhibition booths, seminars, and internal/external training events. Supporting departmental and corporate objectives through KPI-driven performance goals. Representing Cyclone as a brand ambassador within the outdoor and sustainable textile industries. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, business development, account management, or a related field. Experience working with outdoor brands and North American market partnerships strongly preferred. Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives and manage timelines effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present strategies and results to diverse audiences. Knowledge of sustainable materials, textile manufacturing, or outdoor industry trends is highly desirable. Basic understanding of yarn applications and textile end uses. Ability to work on-site in Beaverton, Oregon, with frequent travel (approximately 30-40%) for customer meetings, supplier visits, trade shows, and industry events. Cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively within a global organization. Positive, self-motivated, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate with team members. Mandarin language proficiency is a plus.
