JOB DESCRIPTION
Formulate and lead the overall marketing strategy Recruit, mentor and lead a high-performing marketing team Conduct comprehensive market analysis (industry trends, competitive landscape) Oversee development of product marketing strategies and campaigns Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media campaigns) Manage marketing budget
EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in leadership roles as you will have 3 direct reports Familiarity with regulatory requirements in medical device industry preferred Brand building experience CPG experience
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree
