We are a vertically integrated, direct-to-consumer brand operating from a 78,000-square-foot facility in Montgomeryville, PA. Timberlane remains privately owned by its founder. The Role This is not a "manage agencies and optimize campaigns" marketing role. This is a brand-building, growth-driving, hands-on leadership role for someone who combines exceptional taste, creative instinct, and executional horsepower. You will own the full marketing function with a clear mandate: elevate the Timberlane brand and materially impact revenue growth. You will think strategically, execute personally, and hold yourself accountable for results. We are looking for someone to elevate our brand, energize our team, and help unlock the next stage of growth. This is a full-time, onsite role.
