Our Field Marketing Team plays a critical role in driving that success. Job Summary Mt. Pleasant Window & Remodeling is seeking an energetic, results-driven, and experienced Field Marketing Supervisor to lead, train, and develop a team of field marketers. This leadership role is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and managing a high-performing door-to-door marketing team focused on generating qualified appointments for free in-home estimates related to windows, doors, roofing, siding, bathroom remodeling, and other home improvement projects. The Field Marketing Supervisor will train team members on proven appointment-setting techniques, objection handling, customer engagement, and lead generation best practices. In addition to overseeing team performance, this position is personally responsible for achieving individual performance metrics and KPIs, including appointment generation, appointment quality, recruiting goals, team productivity, and overall lead development targets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who leads by example in the field, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and has a proven ability to motivate teams to exceed goals. Success in this role is measured by both personal production and the ability to consistently build, train, and develop a team that delivers a steady pipeline of qualified remodeling appointments. Responsibilities Lead, train, and develop a team of 10+ field marketers and canvassers Engage with homeowners in pre-selected territories within approximately one hour of our Pittsburgh office Generate qualified appointments for free in-home remodeling consultations Teach effective appointment-setting techniques and lead generation strategies Conduct daily team meetings, training sessions, role-playing exercises, and field coaching Lead by example through active field participation, ride-alongs, and hands-on training Develop team members' communication skills, customer engagement techniques, and objection-handling abilities Monitor individual and team performance against established KPIs Ensure appointment quality standards are consistently met Represent a trusted and established home improvement brand with professionalism and integrity Collaborate closely with the sales team to maximize appointment conversion rates Foster a positive, competitive, and results-oriented team culture QualificationsRequired Minimum 2 years of canvassing or field marketing experience (preferably in management) . Prior leadership, coaching, or team management experience preferred Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills Ability to train and develop a team of 10 or more field marketers Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners and overcoming objections Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation Energetic and comfortable working outdoors Driven by career growth and high earning potential Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in the following industries are strongly encouraged to apply: Home Remodeling Solar Fiber Optic Sales Pest Control Security Systems (Vivint, ADT, etc.) Other high-performance door-to-door sales environments •We are specifically seeking candidates with experience selling products or services that require homeowner commitment and a consultative sales process, rather than low-commitment monthly subscriptions.
