The Role You'll own marketing operations at Pride, from proposals and brand management to digital presence and certification compliance. That means you're the person making sure our capabilities are communicated clearly, our proposals are competitive, and our brand reflects the quality of work we deliver. You'll work closely with estimating, preconstruction, operations, and leadership to keep marketing tied to real business goals. What You'll Do Manage the full proposal lifecycle: review incoming RFPs, identify all required deliverables, coordinate content across departments and JV partners, and drive each submission from receipt through award. Maintain and produce all brand and marketing collateral, including brochures, project profiles, staff resumes, capability statements, presentations, and tradeshow materials. Design and implement graphical content for proposals, company communications, and client-facing materials, ensuring brand consistency across every touchpoint. Run the company's digital presence: website, SEO, Google Business profile, social media support, email campaigns, and performance reporting. Own the certification and recertification process for all company designations (NMSDC, Philadelphia OEO, NJ MBE, Philadelphia LBE, and others), tracking deadlines and coordinating documentation. Support the safety department with branded materials and copy for the corporate safety manual. Manage the marketing and business development tech stack, including Salesforce, JotForm, and Dodge Construction Network. Build and maintain a marketing strategy aligned with company goals, tracking performance metrics and reporting results to leadership. What You Bring Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. 5+ years in marketing, preferably in A/E/C or professional services. Strong proposal writing and RFP management experience across public and private sector work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Working knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and digital marketing analytics. Excellent writing and editorial skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Familiarity with MBE/DBE certification processes and construction procurement is a strong plus.
Pay:
