Marketing Director Skilled Nursing Facility | Nonprofit | Faith-Based Organization Lead Our Mission. Strengthen Our Community. Our faith-based, nonprofit skilled nursing facility is seeking an energetic and compassionate Marketing Director to lead community outreach, referral development, fundraising initiatives, and marketing efforts. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by promoting high-quality care and strengthening relationships throughout the community. The Marketing Director serves as a key ambassador for the organization, helping individuals and families connect with the services and support they need while advancing our mission of compassionate, resident-centered care. ________________________________________ Position Overview The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and implementing marketing, outreach, and community engagement strategies that increase awareness of the facility, strengthen referral partnerships, support occupancy goals, and enhance the organization's presence within the community. This individual will cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, churches, and local leaders while coordinating events and fundraising activities that support the facility's mission. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and community outreach plans that support organizational goals. Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation providers, home health agencies, hospices, and community organizations. Represent the facility at community events, healthcare meetings, senior programs, and networking opportunities. Organize and coordinate community events, educational programs, open houses, and outreach initiatives. Assist with planning and coordinating fundraising activities and donor engagement efforts. Manage advertising, promotional materials, social media, website content, and public relations activities. Conduct facility tours and serve as a resource for prospective residents and families. Monitor marketing efforts, referral trends, occupancy data, and outreach outcomes, providing regular reports to leadership. Collaborate with admissions, clinical, and administrative teams to promote a positive experience for residents and families. ________________________________________ Qualifications Experience in marketing, business development, admissions, community relations, or outreach within healthcare, longterm care, skilled nursing, home health, hospice, senior living, or related healthcare settings. Demonstrated success in building professional relationships and referral networks. Experience organizing community events, outreach programs, and fundraising activities. Excellent communication, presentation, networking, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Proficiency with social media platforms, marketing tools, and Microsoft Office applications. Commitment to the mission, values, and service philosophy of a faithbased nonprofit organization. ________________________________________ Compensation $75,000 - $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, qualifications and outcomes. About Mt Macrina Manor Mt. Macrina Manor is a 120 bed, not for profit, skilled nursing facility that has served Southwestern Pennsylvania since 1971. The grounds are located approximately one hour south of Pittsburgh in a scenic, peaceful rural area directly off Route 40 in Uniontown. The facility offers 24-hour nursing care, rehabilitative services, memory care, and pastoral care to all denominations.
