JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Analytics Manager plays a leadership role in executing the Caesars Entertainment Strategic Analytics mission of providing world-class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and serving as a trusted business partner to operational areas including Marketing, Digital, Operations, and Hospitality. In addition to supporting enterprise analytics initiatives, this role partners closely with digital marketing, product, and loyalty teams to analyze digital campaign performance, customer journeys, website and app engagement, and online customer behavior. The Manager will leverage digital analytics, customer insights, and segmentation strategies to help optimize digital experiences, improve acquisition and retention efforts, and drive measurable business impact. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital analytics, customer behavior analysis, or marketing technology, who enjoys translating complex data into actionable strategies that support digital performance and customer growth.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
Build productive business relationships with Senior leaders in the organization; leverage these relationships to develop and refine requests for analyses and to identify business opportunities. Drive realization of these opportunities through analytics and creative solutions. Help junior analysts to prioritize analyses based on business/profit impact Partner with marketing and loyalty program leaders to analyze direct marketing offers and customer campaigns, providing insights into marketing performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing initiatives and promotional strategies, including evaluating test results and identifying opportunities to improve marketing performance and customer engagement Conduct and oversee objective, rigorous analytics to help the business improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service with minimal guidance from management - e.g., identification and evaluation of revenue growth opportunities, resource optimization, optimal investment mix, competitive market dynamics, customer behavior, and pricing optimization. Ensure that analyses conducted by junior analysts are rigorous and accurate Distill vast datasets into actionable insights and recommendations that guide decisions and strategies. Develop presentation materials that synthesize analyses into a format ready for senior management consumption and assume a leadership role in communicating analysis findings clearly, concisely and compellingly to senior management, in both verbal and written formats. Assist junior analysts in structuring and executing their analytics and in developing presentation materials suitable for distribution to senior management clients Help to drive discussions with senior clients and the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic projects Design and deliver reporting for operating departments to provide senior leaders visibility into trends and business performance drivers Use technology (e.g., SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python) to develop analytics and reporting tools; lead integration of new technologies and tools into the department's processes Work as a change agent to identify and execute improvements that drive material efficiencies in processes and reporting Lead and/or contribute to large-scale cross-Analytics team projects Drive training, on-boarding, and development of junior analysts in technical skills, tools & processes. Help them to develop their critical thinking skills, analytical techniques, and business acumen Analyze customer segmentation trends, CRM data, and loyalty program performance to identify opportunities for optimizing marketing strategies and improving the effectiveness of customer offers Serve as a key analytics partner to marketing teams by translating complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations that support more effective marketing decisions
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Must be 21 years of age or older Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college 3+ years of professional work (or equivalent experience) Demonstrated business acumen for the Casino industry; can articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance Very strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through well-structured and communicated analyses Advanced skills in SQL, with experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microstrategy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience working with tools such as Google BigQuery, or other database environments. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving, and written and verbal communication skills. Comfort in articulating complex information and analyses to a variety of audiences - able to effectively communicate analyses, conclusions, and recommendations to business partners, and influence decisions and strategies Strong interpersonal, communication and consensus building skills; able to develop and manage relationships with senior stakeholders Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work for junior analysts, and meet deadlines while consistently delivering consistently accurate and high-quality work Demonstrated leadership skills including project management, time management, coaching and innovation; ability to motivate the team and promote teamwork Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity
