Position Purpose The Associate Director of Marketing & Community Engagement plays a pivotal role in Dartmouth Athletics success by assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives to drive revenue and enhance our brand presence. This key position is responsible for collaborating with the Associate AD for External Engagement, Assistant AD for Ticket Revenue and Analytics, and Coordinator of Marketing and Ticketing as well as all external team members to create innovative group experiences, foster strong relationships with community partners and optimize revenue generation. Through a combination of analytical and creative thinking, this role aims to maximize attendance, revenue, community involvement and fan engagement while contributing to the growth and long-term success of Dartmouth Athletics. Description Required Qualifications•Education and Yrs Exp Bachelors or equivalent combination of education and experience
Required Qualifications•Skills, Knowledge and Abilities 2+ years of experience in ticket sales/operations and marketing.
Strong understanding of ticketing/CRM systems and marketing strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Working knowledge of computers especially the Windows platform.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient with Adobe Photoshop.
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Commitment to diversity and to serving the needs of a diverse population.
Proficiency in the use of social and new media.
Ability to interact effectively with coaches, administrators, student athletes and vendors. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, sports management, or related field
Master degree.
