Role Overview The Brand & Growth Manager is responsible for managing the school's external communications, marketing strategy, and brand presence. This role leads the development and execution of content, digital campaigns, and outreach efforts designed to increase visibility, generate prospective family interest, and support enrollment goals. This role includes both digital marketing and consistent in-person outreach, including tabling and canvassing, to drive enrollment growth. The position combines content creation, digital marketing, and performance tracking , ensuring that all communication efforts are aligned to the school's mission and contribute to measurable growth in engagement and inquiries. Core Responsibilities Content Development & Brand Management Develop and execute a consistent content strategy across social media, email, and digital platforms Capture and produce photo and video content that highlights instruction, school culture, scholar experiences, and events Design branded materials including flyers, graphics, and digital marketing assets Write and edit communications such as newsletters, announcements, and external messaging Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all platforms Digital Marketing & Advertising Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta/Facebook/Instagram) Develop ad creatives, including copy, visuals, and video content Align campaign messaging with enrollment priorities and target audiences Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy to improve effectiveness Website & Digital Presence Maintain and update the school website to ensure accurate and current information Organize website content to support prospective families and improve accessibility Ensure the website reflects the school's programming, expectations, and offerings clearly Performance Tracking & Data Analysis Track and analyze social media and marketing performance, including engagement and campaign effectiveness Monitor metrics such as reach, engagement, click-through rates, and lead generation Provide regular updates to leadership with insights and recommendations Use data to inform adjustments to communication and marketing strategies Storytelling & Communications Support Identify and develop stories that highlight scholar growth, academic programs, and school initiatives Support leadership with presentations, talking points, and external messaging Ensure all communications align with the school's mission and priorities Event Promotion, Outreach & Field Marketing Plan and execute promotion for school events through digital marketing and communications Represent Intellectus Prep at external events , including community events, school fairs, and outreach opportunities Conduct tabling, canvassing, and in-person outreach to engage prospective families and increase visibility in the community Communicate the school's program, expectations, and value clearly and confidently during in-person interactions Collect and track leads generated through events and outreach efforts Collaborate with the Family Engagement & Enrollment Manager to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of event-based leads Develop materials and messaging that support both digital and in-person recruitment efforts Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Experience in communications, marketing, or a related field Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills Experience managing social media platforms and digital campaigns Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance
