We are building a team of professional, licensed Nail Technicians who are reliable, growth-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. This is an opportunity to grow with a boutique salon brand focused on quality over quantity. Job Type Full-time Part-time Commission-based Responsibilities Perform manicures, gel manicures, and structured/builder gel services Maintain high sanitation and hygiene standards in compliance with NYS regulations Provide excellent customer service ad client consultation Rebook clients and support client retention Maintain a clean, organized workstation Take photos of completed work for marketing purposes (optional but encouraged) Requirements Active New York State Nail Specialty License (required) 1+ year experience preferred (strong recent graduates welcome) Proficiency in gel polish application Strong sanitation knowledge Professional appearance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to grow Preferred Skills (Not Required) Structured gel or builder gel experience Russian/dry manicure technique E-file experience Nail art Training opportunities are available for motivated technicians who are eager to improve their skills.
