Job Description

Vaco has partnered with our client to hire a Brand Manager to join their team. If you are strong in CPG, please see the details below!
Where:
Norwood, MA•hybrid•flexible arrangement
Contract:
6 months, contract to perm placement
Salary:
$108K•115K Responsibilities Develop and execute category strategies and annual business plans to achieve growth and profitability objectives Partner with Finance to manage category P&L performance and support forecasting activities Contribute to long-range strategic planning, including development of multi-year business plans Lead cross-functional teams to successfully execute key business initiatives Drive new product development efforts including consumer insight analysis, product positioning, market assessment, and commercialization support Support planning and execution of product launches and line extensions Collaborate with Sales leadership to review forecasts, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed to meet business goals Support website content updates and digital brand presence initiatives Qualifications MBA or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field 5+ years of brand management or CPG marketing experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Experience developing consumer and trade marketing strategies and translating insights into actionable business plans Strong cross-functional leadership and project management experience Experience supporting multiple sales channels such as Retail, Foodservice, Grocery, Club, Convenience, or related markets preferred Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
