JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for leading and managing Anbesol and select Loyalty brands within the Prestige portfolio. The individual must be able to work in a fast paced, small, entrepreneurial environment with an emphasis on collective and collaborative teamwork.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES/ACTIVIES
Brand plan development Develop and execute comprehensive brand plans for Anbesol® and Heritage brands, including advertising, promotions, PR, and research to achieve business targets. Prioritize brands and initiatives that will drive the greatest results. Must be able to work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results. Creative and Media Lead the development of advertising campaigns and media plans that enable efficient and effective spend. Owned Channels Lead updates to brand website; partner closely with ecommerce teams to drive disproportionate ecommerce growth. Program management and execution Manage the day-to-day logistics of the brand programs including consumer promotions and other activations. Owns timeline management, budget, and program analysis. New product development Partner to develop NPD and commercial innovation, leveraging consumer and market insights to drive long-term growth of the brands; translate insights into profitable product innovations; develop selling proposition and sufficient launch support plans to retail. Market Analysis Own consumption-based data analysis for the brand. Provide insight and support to the enterprise to better understand market trends and dynamics. Also, identify opportunities in markets where there are unmet needs. Business Forecasting/Results Work with sales, demand planning, and contract vendors to generate accurate volume forecasts; own and manage A&P budgets; deliver results for the brand level P&L focusing on net sales and brand contribution. Sales Partner with the sales organization with presentation materials for retailer presentations using category management best practices. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Regulatory, Legal, Medical, and Supply Chain teams to ensure compliant and effective execution. Agency Management Lead relationships with external agencies across creative, media, consumer promotions and ecommerce.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Marketing, or equivalent work experience. 5 to 7 years of related work experienceRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
