Job Description

Field Marketing Manager On Top Roofing $80,000 - $150,000 per year On Top Roofing is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to build, lead, and scale a high-performing field marketing team. This is not an entry-level management role for someone looking to coast. This is for a driven leader who wants to own results, push performance, and be directly rewarded for winning. You will be responsible for driving lead generation through field marketing, community events, local activations, and direct consumer engagement. You will recruit, train, and manage a team that is expected to perform at a high level. Success in this role means creating consistent results, holding the team accountable, and building a field marketing operation that produces measurable revenue. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead and grow On Top Roofing's field marketing and lead generation efforts Recruit, train, and develop a team of high-energy marketers and appointment setters Drive consistent appointment volume and quality through strong field execution Set clear expectations, manage performance, and hold the team accountable to goals Track KPIs, monitor results, and continuously improve team output Be present in the field, lead from the front, and set the standard for work ethic and professionalism Manage event execution, marketing materials, and team readiness Work directly with leadership to improve efficiency, performance, and profitability What We Want Minimum 1 year of experience in leadership, sales, canvassing, or field management Strong leadership presence and the ability to motivate a team to perform Highly competitive, goal-oriented, and performance-driven Strong communication and organizational skills Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Experience in home improvement, direct sales, or canvassing is a major plus Who This Role Is For This role is for someone who wants to win.
