Home Helpers Home Care of Manassas-Gainesville is seeking an organized, energetic, and compassionate Office Assistant to support our growing agency. This position combines administrative responsibilities with care coordination, caregiver support, scheduling, marketing, and community outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, multitasking, building relationships, and making a positive impact in the healthcare field Responsibilities Care Management Coordinate caregiver schedules and client assignments Assist with onboarding new caregivers Maintain caregiver and client records Follow up on missed visits and scheduling changes Coordinate nursing assessments and client admissions Assist with care plans and documentation Monitor WellSky documentation and compliance Communicate with caregivers, nurses, clients, and families Answer phones and respond to inquiries Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance Marketing & Community Outreach Build relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, physicians, and senior centers Conduct community marketing visits Deliver brochures and promotional materials Attend networking events, health fairs, and community events Develop referral relationships Track referral sources and marketing efforts Assist with recruitment initiatives Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Previous healthcare, home care, medical office, or customer service experience preferred Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Benefits Competitive hourly pay Paid training Paid holidays Paid Time Off Direct Deposit Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance (eligibility requirements apply) 401(k) with company match Opportunities for career advancement Supportive team environment
