It's measured by: Building valuable community partnerships Generating qualified leads Converting prospects into paid introductory experiences Helping grow BODY20 membership We're looking for someone who thinks like a business builder, not simply an event coordinator. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Friendly, confident, and personable Comfortable starting conversations with new people Organized, self-motivated, and dependable Professional in appearance and communication Results-oriented and able to work independently Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others Experience in business development, outside sales, relationship management, event marketing, hospitality, recruiting, healthcare, or community outreach is a plus—but personality, initiative, and work ethic matter most.
