Content & Community Curator Bask Retreat Center Centerville, TN (Hybrid | Part-Time | Approximately 15 hrs/week) About Bask Bask Retreat Center is a nature-based wellness destination in Middle Tennessee where guests come to unplug, restore, and reconnect. Through retreats, overnight stays, events, education, and land restoration, we create meaningful experiences rooted in nature, hospitality, and community. Position Overview We're looking for a creative and organized Content & Community Curator to grow Bask's online presence through compelling storytelling and strategic content. You'll plan, create, publish, and manage content that showcases our retreat center, events, nonprofit mission, and guest experiences while helping drive bookings, community engagement, and brand awareness. Responsibilities Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube Shorts. Capture on-site photo and video content highlighting retreats, accommodations, wellness offerings, events, food, nature, and land restoration. Create and edit engaging reels, short-form videos, stories, graphics, and captions that reflect Bask's warm, elevated brand voice. Schedule and publish content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages. Support marketing campaigns for retreats, events, overnight stays, workshops, fundraising, and community initiatives. Track performance, provide monthly analytics, and recommend content improvements. Collaborate with staff, retreat leaders, practitioners, and creatives to gather content and maintain a consistent brand presence. Stay current on social media trends while ensuring content remains authentic to Bask's mission. Qualifications 2+ years of experience managing social media for a brand or organization. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and short-form video strategy. Excellent writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar content management tools. Comfortable capturing and editing photo and video content. Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects independently. Interest in wellness, hospitality, nature, sustainability, or nonprofit work is a plus. Ideal Candidate You're a creative storyteller with a strong eye for beautiful, authentic content. You know how to capture meaningful moments, build community online, and create content that inspires people to visit, participate, and support Bask's mission. Compensation $1,500/month Part-time (approximately 15 hours per week) Hybrid with regular on-site content days at Bask Retreat Center.
