About the Role We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives across our portfolio of direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands, including DW Home and other growing businesses within the Decorware family. This role serves as the operational hub of the marketing team, ensuring alignment across ecommerce, retention marketing, social media, content creation, customer service, fulfillment, and external partners. You will be responsible for keeping projects moving, teams aligned, campaigns on track, and priorities focused on growth across multiple brands and channels. While this role is primarily focused on execution, team coordination, and operational excellence, the ideal candidate will also bring thoughtful strategic input and proactively identify opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. This position works closely with the Head of Marketing and Upper Management and serves as a key partner in translating strategic priorities into successful execution. Responsibilities Marketing Operations & Team Leadership
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of the marketing department across multiple ecommerce brands
- Coordinate priorities and workflows across ecommerce, email/SMS, social media, content creation, and customer service teams
- Lead weekly marketing meetings, project planning, and campaign execution processes
- Ensure campaigns, launches, promotions, and key initiatives are delivered on time and at a high standard
- Drive accountability, follow-through, and cross-functional communication across the organization
- Maintain marketing calendars, launch schedules, and project timelines Ecommerce & Shopify Leadership
- Serve as a key stakeholder in the management and optimization of Shopify storefronts across the brand portfolio
- Partner with the team on merchandising, promotions, product launches, and site optimization
- Collaborate with external web development partners on site enhancements, troubleshooting, and new initiatives
- Monitor and improve key ecommerce metrics including conversion rate, AOV, retention, and customer experience
- Support the growth and performance of multiple DTC brands while maintaining a consistent customer experience Agency & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for external paid media agencies managing Meta, Google Search, and other acquisition channels
- Coordinate strategy discussions, reporting reviews, campaign launches, and performance analysis with agency partners
- Manage relationships with marketing technology partners including Klaviyo, Attentive, Tapcart, and other ecommerce platforms
- Ensure all external partners remain aligned with company goals and marketing priorities Strategic Planning & Growth
- Partner with the Head of Marketing to identify growth opportunities across acquisition, retention, content, and customer experience
- Contribute recommendations for campaign strategy, channel optimization, and customer lifecycle improvements
- Analyze performance data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Help shape quarterly marketing priorities and execution plans
- Bring forward new ideas, technologies, and best practices that can improve marketing performance AI & Process Innovation
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into marketing, content creation, customer experience, and operational workflows
- Develop systems and processes that improve team efficiency and scalability
- Stay informed on emerging ecommerce, marketing, and AI trends
- Lead adoption of tools and workflows that help the organization move faster and operate more effectively Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with warehouse and fulfillment teams to support launches, promotions, inventory planning, and customer communication
- Collaborate with customer service leadership to surface customer insights and identify operational improvements
- Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and operational capabilities Reporting & Analytics
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing and ecommerce KPIs
- Monitor performance across acquisition, retention, content, and customer experience channels
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance summaries and actionable recommendations
- Support forecasting, planning, and growth initiatives with data-driven insights Qualifications Required
- 4+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field
- Strong Shopify experience with a deep understanding of ecommerce operations
- Experience working within a DTC ecommerce brand
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, stakeholders, and competing priorities
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, Attentive, and ecommerce retention marketing
- Experience collaborating with paid media agencies
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities Preferred
- Previous experience managing or leading team members
- Experience with Tapcart or mobile commerce platforms
- Experience working closely with warehouse, fulfillment, or operations teams
- Experience implementing AI tools or workflow automation

Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
