Digital Marketing Manager Bernardo Manufacturing - 4.8 Rumford, RI Job Details Part-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Photo editing Bachelor's degree Attention to detail Marketing analytics Time management Full Job Description The digital marketing manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote A Little Grace's products. They will manage various channels, including social media accounts, website content and email marketing to deliver a persuasive and cohesive marketing message to their audience. They will work with the A Little Grace team, business partners, and vendors to launch integrated digital marketing campaigns on time and on budget. Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO/SEM/SMO, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and curate written, video, and photo content for social media platforms.
  • Maintain unified brand voice across social media channels and online.
  • Collaborate with marketing team to create and maintain a social media calendar.
  • Monitor social media channels for industry trends.
  • Interact with users and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
  • Review social media and website analytics, creating reports on key metrics.
  • Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategies.
  • Establish and maintain a brand ambassador program throughout the academic year.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create webpages and optimize customer experience.
  • Collaborate and communicate with business and vendor partners.
  • Create and edit copy for website and miscellaneous uses. Qualifications & Skills
  • Proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
  • Proficiency with video and photo editing tools, digital media formats, and HTML
  • Ability to understand trends in the digital content and social media space
  • Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills with the ability to multitask
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years' experience with B2C social media marketing or content development
  • Direct experience using social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprinklr…etc)
