As a Director, Client Lead you'll serve as the senior strategic leader for key client accounts , with accountability for client growth, relationship management, revenue performance, and long-term partnership success. Build long-term partnership roadmaps aligned with client goals and Pollard's business objectives. Drive revenue growth, account profitability, and identify opportunities across Pollard's products and solutions. Lead strategic pursuits and growth initiatives throughout the client lifecycle. Align cross-functional teams and product leaders to deliver a seamless, integrated client experience. Influence and drive accountability across a matrixed organization without direct authority. Advocate for client priorities while balancing business needs, resources, and competing priorities. Manage risks, escalations, and issue resolution while strengthening executive-level relationships. Who You Are Strategic and relationship-focused, with the ability to build trusted partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders. A strong communicator who can influence executive audiences, simplify complexity, and drive alignment across teams. Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to bring diverse groups together in a matrixed environment. Commercially minded and solutions-focused, with a passion for identifying opportunities and delivering meaningful client outcomes. What You'll Bring University degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree considered an asset. Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and building strategic, long-term partnerships. Experience leading consultative sales engagements, complex RFPs, negotiations, and revenue growth initiatives. Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets, pricing strategies, and account profitability. Deep expertise in at least one core area (e.g., print, digital, retail, or related solutions) with the ability to lead multi-product solution discussions. Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executive-level audiences and drive outcomes in a matrixed environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual English/French considered an asset depending on client needs.
