Own full-funnel marketing strategy — from acquisition through retention — driving measurable revenue growth, not just traffic. Launch, test, and scale paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging platforms), cutting underperformers based on unit economics. Lead go-to-market execution for new products and channels, and run structured A/B testing across ads, landing pages, email, and offers. Build and optimize lifecycle marketing flows, creative testing programs, and high-performing ad/email/landing page assets. Manage the marketing budget like a P&L, and track core KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin) to guide real-time decisions. Build, lead, and mentor the marketing team, manage agencies and cross-functional partners, and develop scalable systems and SOPs for repeatable execution.Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on growth/performance marketing experience in DTC, eCommerce, or subscription businesses, (including 5+ years leading a team) Proven track record launching and scaling paid campaigns across Meta and Google (YouTube/TikTok a plus) — hands-on budget management, not just reviewing agency reports. Hands-on experience building lifecycle marketing flows (welcome, post-purchase, win-back, behavioral triggers) in Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar platforms. Strong command of understanding KPIs (CAC, LTV, ROAS, contribution margin, payback period) and analytics/attribution tools like Google Analytics — used to drive decisions, not just report on them. Proven ability to lead marketing teams and manage agencies; startup/high-growth experience and UGC-driven creative strategy are a plus. Flexible work from home options available.Benefits
