Responsibilities include:
Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns Create, launch, and optimize Pinterest advertising campaigns Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions Improve landing page and funnel conversions Develop marketing strategies for product launches and promotions Help grow our founder's brand across multiple platforms Collaborate with our creative, development, and client success teams Monitor key performance metrics and provide weekly growth reports Identify new opportunities to scale Evergreen AI We're Looking For Someone Who Has proven experience managing Meta Ads Understands paid social marketing and conversion optimization Can interpret analytics and make strategic decisions Is highly organized and proactive Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment Takes ownership without needing constant direction Has exceptional communication skills Is always looking for ways to improve systems and results
