Beyond individual tools, Humin provides wellbeing science services to organizations, strengthening performance while advancing human flourishing at scale. Davidson, and through ongoing work with the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and other leading research institutions, we continue to turn breakthrough discovery into real-world impact. Opportunity and Summary We are hiring a Growth Marketing Manager to build and operate the systems that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across Humin's ecosystem. This is a martech-forward, systems-oriented role focused on lifecycle marketing, automation, segmentation, and performance optimization. You will own the infrastructure behind community growth, designing how users move from discovery to sustained engagement across both DTC and B2B journeys. This role is best suited for someone who prefers building and optimizing scalable growth machines, and who thrives working in tools, data, and backend marketing systems. What You Will Do Lifecycle Marketing & CRM (40%) Drive lifecycle strategy across email and CRM, from onboarding through retention Build and manage segmentation frameworks across audiences (consumer, educators, enterprise, donors) Design and implement automated journeys tied to activation and engagement Drive email list growth through value-based acquisition (content, tools, community) Manage and optimize CRM/automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) Establish and run testing across lifecycle touchpoints Social Growth & Distribution (30%) Own social growth optimization strategy and tactics, focused on engagement quality and conversion in owned channels (IG, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, etc.) Build repeatable systems for content distribution and audience capture Partner closely with paid media to align organic and performance efforts Test and optimize formats, cadence, and platform-specific strategies Translate social engagement into measurable growth (email, product, community) Content Operations & Scheduling (15%) Own content calendar, publishing workflows, and cross-channel coordination Build systems for content organization, tagging, and reuse across lifecycle and social Align content delivery with lifecycle stages and growth priorities Ensure content is structured for consistent execution and performance tracking Marketing Operation & Analytics (15%) Support marketing performance tracking across lifecycle and growth channels Help maintain dashboards and reporting tied to core community goals Ensure data integrity across CRM, campaign tools, and analytics platforms Identify and implement improvements in tooling, integrations, and workflows Duties, responsibilities and activities may change or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. Ideal Candidate Profile Required Qualifications 5-8+ years in growth, lifecycle, or marketing performance roles Proven track record building marketing systems and automations Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) and integrating CRM with product or user data systems Strong understanding of segmentation, lifecycle design, and behavioral triggers Experience across both DTC and B2B growth models (ecom, lead gen, or product-led) Data-fluent in AI, comfortable with dashboards, testing, and performance analysis Demonstrated experience implementing new tools or processes for growth outcomes Working knowledge of social platform dynamics and growth mechanics We conduct background checks as part of our pre-employment screening process and follow all EEOC and FCRA regulations regarding the use of criminal records in the hiring process.
