The Mosesian Center for the Arts seeks a strategic, data-driven Manager of Marketing & Sales to lead audience development, earned revenue growth, and institutional visibility. ing directly to the Executive Director, this position leads one of theanization's core divisions, overseeing marketing,munications, and customer retention. The Manager of Marketing & Sales develops and executesprehensive marketing, advertising, and sales strategies that increase attendance, strengthen patron relationships, grow memberships, and support revenue across performances, exhibitions, education programs, rentals, and fundraising initiatives. This position is hybrid with some onsite days required at the Mosesian Center for the Arts in Watertown, MA. Evening and weekend work is occasionally required to support MCA presented performances, exhibitions, special events, andmunity programs. The Manager of Marketing & Sales is also expected to represent MCA at expo, vendor-style, andmunity tabling events to promote programs, build relationships, and expand audience reach. Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership Develop and implement theanization's annual marketing plan. Create integrated marketing campaigns for performances, exhibitions, classes, festivals, and fundraising events. Establish marketing calendars and campaign timelines. Maintain and strengthen the MCA brand across all platforms. Manage marketing budgets and advertising expenditures. Sales & Audience Development Develop strategies to increase earned revenue through ticket sales, adult and youth class registrations, sponsorships, rentals, and ancillary sales. Establish measurable sales goals and KPIs. Create pricing, promotional, audience acquisition, and retention strategies. Partner with Patron Services to maximize customer experience and sales. Data Analysis & Business Intelligence Analyze ticket sales, audience demographics, geographic trends, purchasing behavior, and campaign performance. Utilize AudienceView, Google Analytics, Meta Insights, email analytics, and related tools. Monitor advertising ROI and prepare regular performance reports for the Executive Director. Marketing & Communications Oversee digital marketing, content, email marketing, social media, collateral, advertising, and public relations. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity. Coordinatemunications supporting fundraising, memberships, and sponsorships. Leadership & Supervision Supervise, mentor, and evaluate any Marketing Coordinators and the Patron Services Manager. Coordinate departmental workflow and establish goals. Participate as a member of the leadership team. Cross-Department Collaboration Partner with the Executive Director to advanceanizational goals, institutional initiatives, and fundraising initiatives through integrated marketing campaigns. Partner with the Director of Production and Facilities to promote performances, festivals, and special events on a d timeline, and to bring greater visibility of the venue to potential corporate rental clients. Partner with the Director of Education to grow enrollment in classes, camps, and workshops. Partner with the Director of Visual Arts to increase gallery attendance, strengthen exhibition marketing, and develop strategies that support artwork sales and artist visibility. Foster strongmunication across departments to ensure coordinated planning and a unified patron experience.Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Arts Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Three or more years of marketing,munications, sales, or audience development experience. Experience supervising staff and using data to drive marketing decisions.
