• Full-time Morton Dental Group is seeking a proactive, growth-focused Marketing Brand Manager.

We are looking for a high-level dental operator who understands what actually drives growth in a dental office and wants to help build a dominant brand in the industry. As our company continues to expand, so will our leadership teams. This position offers vast career growth opportunities. We are one of the fastest-growing, doctor-led dental groups in Tennessee, and we are building something much bigger than a traditional practice. This is NOT a traditional marketing role. This is a rare opportunity to step of traditional dental roles and into leadership, brand building, and growth at scale. You will work directly with the CEO to build a powerful personal and company brand, create content that attracts both high-value patients and top-tier doctors, translate real operational challenges into compelling, high-impact messaging, and help position our group as the authority in implants, cosmetics, and leadership in dentistry. You will serve as the sole driver of our marketing and brand presence, owning the full scope of strategy and execution and spending about 50% of your time working remotely. This role does not include dedicated support staff, so the ideal candidate will be hands-on and highly capable across branding, content creation, audience engagement, and day-to-day campaign management. Key Responsibilities Extract real-world problems from our offices (case acceptance, production, hiring, leadership) Turn those into content ideas for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) Work directly with the CEO to film 10-20 pieces of content per week Manage content pipeline with editors (you do NOT need to edit) Shape the voice, tone, and positioning of the brand Assist with doctor recruiting strategy through content Be present in operations enough to understand what's actually happening What We're Looking For High-Level Office Manager, Multi-Office Regional Manager, High-Production Treatment Coordinator, or High-level Dental Assistant with business mindset Understands case acceptance, patient psychology, doctor production struggles, and what separates top-performing practices Obsessed with growth and performance Strong opinions about what's wrong in dentistry High accountability and speed Wants to be part of building something dominant Who This Is NOT For Traditional marketers with no dental experience Social media managers who only know trends Anyone looking for a "comfortable" role
