With an expanding multi-location footprint across the East Coast, we pride ourselves on utilizing data-driven strategies to elevate the patient journey, optimize clinical treatments, and foster lifelong brand loyalty. Position Overview We are seeking a highly analytical, strategic, and growth-oriented Marketing Director of CRM & Analytics to join our Marketing team. This is a fully remote role with a strong preference for candidates based on the East Coast to align with our clinical footprints and core operational hours. In this role, you will own the end-to-end strategy for patient retention, lifetime value (LTV) optimization, and marketing data intelligence across all MD Esthetics locations. You will leverage our recent investment in CRM and data analytics platforms to maximize new patient acquisition trends and existing patient retention. Key Responsibilities Retention Strategy & Patient Lifecycle Marketing Own Customer Lifetime Value (LTV): Design, execute, and optimize data-driven lifecycle marketing strategies to increase patient retention, cross-treatment migration, and re-engagement rates. This includes pre-visit communications as well as cross-sell opportunities.
CRM & Automation Management:
Oversee our marketing CRM automation platforms. Build audience segmentations and automated "next-treatment" trigger campaigns based on insights from our AI-assisted data platform.
Membership Optimization & Loyalty Program:
Refresh the current membership program, utilizing data analytics to evaluate performance, minimize member attrition, and continuously optimize perks to scale recurring monthly revenue. Assist with the launch of a new patient loyalty program, driving higher spend through a tiered loyalty strategy.
Marketing Data Analytics & Business Intelligence Data Governance & Reporting:
Partner with the VP of Data & IT to oversee the integration of EMR (Electronic Medical Records), POS, and marketing data into a centralized warehouse, establishing a single source of truth to deliver automated, cross-location dashboards on patient lifetime value (LTV), acquisition costs (CAC), and treatment cross-sell rates.
Patient Acquisition & Lookalike Modeling:
Leverage our data platform's AI analytics alongside performance marketing metrics to identify key characteristics of top-tier, high-LTV patients, deploying lookalike audience segments and hyper-local targeting to capture high-intent new patients; Partner with our digital agency to feed insights and models.
Predictive Insights:
Leverage our AI-assisted data models to identify patient churn risks and forecasting trends to launch targeted retention campaigns across clinics.
Qualifications & Experience Experience:
6+ years of data-driven marketing experience, with a proven track record of managing retention or analytics in a multi-location business environment.
Location:
Remote, with a strong preference for candidates residing on the East Coast to easily collaborate with our corporate and clinical teams.
Data Fluency:
Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, medical software/EMR database structures, and modern data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, or Corral Data).
Analytical Mindset:
Exceptional ability to translate complex datasets into clear, compelling executive-level presentations and immediate marketing action items.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
