In this role, you will serve as the primary Barclays representative in the field, driving engagement with flight attendants and airline partners across key partner networks. You will deliver in-person training sessions, educational programs, presentations, and ongoing support to ensure partner credit card programs, promotions, and incentives are effectively communicated and executed. You will build and maintain relationships with airline partners and external stakeholders while serving as a key point of contact for partner feedback, operational complexities, and field-level risks. In addition, you will support regional and national partner events, conferences, and training sessions, deploy marketing materials, and drive awareness, adoption, and engagement of Barclays card programs. The role also involves providing visit recaps, performance updates, and actionable insights while managing multiple priorities in a remote environment. Additionally, you will coordinate schedules, communications, expenses, and administrative requirements associated with frequent travel to airports, airline bases, and training centers. This is a fully remote opportunity. To be successful as a Marketing Field Engagement Manager AVP, you should have: Experience in customer-facing roles within industries such as airlines, hospitality, financial services, partnerships, customer service, or relationship field, with an ability to represent a brand and build considerable external relationships Ability and willingness to travel approximately 75% of the time, with experience operating effectively in a highly travel-intensive, field-based environment Ample interpersonal and presentation skills, with experience coordinating external partners, delivering in-person training sessions, facilitating field education programs, and building trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders Experience guiding programs, operational processes, compliance requirements, and field-level risks while identifying issues and implementing effective solutions Organizational skills with experience planning events, preparing performance reports and recaps, deploying marketing materials, guiding promotions, and executing engagement or incentive programs. This role is located in Dallas, TX. Purpose of the role To develop, implement and manage marketing strategies through direct interactions with partners and their employees, including establishment of campaign budgets, monitoring of performance metrics, and implementation of data-driven optimisations to improve ROI Accountabilities Development and implementation of marketing strategies for face to face channels, including as applicable, bank branches, partner physical locations and other physical locations. This includes the identification of target audiences and establishment campaign objectives. Management of marketing campaigns across face to face channels, including development of training materials, promotional materials, coordination with partners and their employees, and as applicable, branch staff, while ensuring compelling, consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints. Analysis of campaign performance of face to face initiatives, and preparation of regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Enhancement of the customer experience within face to face channels, to streamline processes, and optimise the physical environment to create a positive and engaging experience, as applicable. Management of performance marketing budget for face to face channels, ensuring efficient allocation of resources, including monitoring of campaign costs, negotiation of contracts with vendors, and optimisation of spending to achieve marketing objectives. Evaluation of market research (including voice of the customer and the partner employees) and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive positioning within face to face channels.
