We focus on providing efficient patient care and reliable support to our community. We are looking for an independent marketing contractor to help us maintain and grow our relationships with local healthcare providers and patients. The Role In this freelance role, you will handle our day-to-day outreach and marketing efforts. Your time will be split between visiting local medical offices, creating informative content, and managing our digital marketing channels. As an independent contractor, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and use your preferred time-tracking software to log your work and submit invoices.

Key Responsibilities Doctor & Clinic Outreach:

Visit local physicians and clinics to establish and maintain referral relationships. Educate providers on our pharmacy services, DME offerings, and patient intake process.

Client Outreach:

Engage with the local community to build brand awareness and support patient retention.

Content Creation:

Produce clear, practical marketing materials for our website, social media, and physical handouts. This includes creating forms and resources that make the referral process easier for doctors.

Email Campaigns:

Set up and manage regular email communications for our healthcare partners (service updates, new equipment) and patients (general updates, reminders). Qualifications & Skills Previous marketing, sales, or account management experience (experience in healthcare or medical supplies is a plus). Comfortable and professional when speaking with doctors, nurses, and clinical staff during office visits. Experience creating basic marketing content and managing email campaigns. Highly organized self-starter capable of managing a flexible schedule to balance field visits with desk work. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular local travel around the Arvada and Denver area.

Contract Structure & Compensation Hourly Pay:

This is a 1099 contract position paid on an hourly basis.

Independent Tracking:

You will be responsible for tracking your own hours using the software or system of your choice.

Invoicing:

Pay is distributed based on regular invoices submitted by you, which should include a breakdown of the time tracked and specific work completed (e.g., number of clinics visited, content drafted, campaigns sent).

Performance Metrics:

While you manage your own time, your overall progress and the success of the contract will be evaluated based on the tangible increase in business—such as new doctor referrals and patient volume—resulting directly from your marketing and outreach efforts.

Flexible Schedule:

You dictate your hours as long as the necessary outreach and deliverables are being met.
