What You'll Do As our Marketing Manager, you'll own the company's marketing efforts from strategy through execution. You'll work directly with company leadership and collaborate closely with sales, technical consultants, and customer success teams.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with company growth goals. Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns. Create engaging marketing content including blogs, customer success stories, videos, webinars, emails, social media posts, and case studies. Manage our website, improve SEO, and continually optimize user experience and lead conversion. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce and Pardot. Coordinate webinars, trade shows, customer events, and partner marketing initiatives. Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns including Google and LinkedIn. Measure campaign performance and report key marketing metrics, including lead generation, website traffic, campaign ROI, and sales pipeline contribution. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals. Manage relationships with outside marketing agencies, designers, freelancers, and vendors when needed. Research and implement AI-powered marketing tools that improve productivity and campaign effectiveness. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of B2B marketing experience. Experience planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. Strong writing and content creation skills. Experience with email marketing and marketing automation platforms. Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing platforms. Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media marketing.
