The funnels, the ad accounts, the testing, digging into why a number moved and figuring out what to do about it? Want to do that for a growing agency without the stress of chasing new business or running your own shop? I'm the Founder and CEO of Modrn Agency. We build done-for-you client acquisition systems for SaaS companies, agencies, and B2B service businesses. I'm looking for someone to own our client relationships after launch. This is the person our clients sit down with every couple of weeks to talk through how things are performing and what to do next. It's a client success role, but it's really a marketing role at heart, so the right person needs to actually understand paid advertising, not just read a report back to someone. Role Description A full-time, remote Client Success Manager focused on performance marketing. You'll own the client relationship after launch, lead recurring optimization calls, analyze funnel and ad performance, and direct the next round of improvements, working closely with me and our creative team.
What You'll Be Doing:
Leading client optimization calls every couple of weeks, with more attention for the clients who need it Walking clients through their funnel and ad performance, and spotting where things are converting or dropping off Reviewing A/B tests and deciding what's working, what to cut, and what to test next Diagnosing the next move and directing the next round of testing Passing winning ads to our creative team and briefing the next round Keeping our clients confident, in the loop, and happy with their results
What I'm Looking For:
Someone who really understands paid advertising at a high level, this is the one thing I can't teach you A solid handle on Meta ads, funnels, and conversion rate optimization Sharp, quick on your feet, and comfortable leading a call Able to look at performance data and actually know what it's telling you Ideally someone who's run their own agency or worn a lot of marketing hats Qualifications Strong, high-level understanding of paid advertising and performance marketing Experience with Meta ads, funnels, and conversion rate optimization Comfortable turning performance data into clear recommendations Confident leading client-facing calls Experience running or working inside a marketing agency is a big plus Familiarity with Perspective and GoHighLevel is a plus, not required
