From $45,000 a year (commensurate with experience) About Us Our Law Firm is a San Antonio based immigration and personal injury practice with offices in San Antonio and Edinburg. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our firm's brand presence and hands on content creation. About the Role This is a hybrid role for a firm our size: you'll set marketing direction and strategy, and you'll personally produce the content that brings it to life with social media posts, photography, video, as well as in-person business-to-business and consumer marketing. You'll work closely with firm leadership and staff to grow our visibility, generate client leads, and tell our story across digital and in-person channels. What You'll Do Develop and execute the firm's overall marketing strategy and content calendar Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile), including posting, engagement, and growth Shoot and edit photography for web, social media, and print use Shoot and edit video content, including client testimonials, educational content, and firm culture/event coverage Maintain and update website content in coordination with our web platform Track marketing performance (social engagement, website traffic, campaign results) and report on ROI to firm leadership Manage the marketing budget and relationships with outside vendors (photographers, printers, ad platforms, freelancers as needed) Coordinate with attorneys and staff to source content ideas, client success stories, and community outreach opportunities Maintain consistent branding across all firm materials and channels What You'll Need Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience 2+ years of marketing experience; law firm or professional services experience a plus Hands-on photography and video production/editing skills (comfortable with tools such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, or similar) Proven experience managing business social media accounts Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with website content management, Google Analytics, or paid social/search advertising a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Self-starter who can manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced office environment
