Job Description

Base Compensation Range:
Base salary is one component of total compensation. Employees may also be eligible for an annual bonus and some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. The above represents the expected base compensation range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining pay, we consider various factors including, but not limited to, skills and experience.
POSITION SUMMARY
Manages the systems, processes, data, and analytics that support and inform the Bank's marketing strategy and campaign execution. Ensures marketing initiatives are delivered efficiently while overseeing marketing automation tools, campaign tracking, and performance dashboards. Leverages customer insights and segmentation data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and guide strategic marketing decisions.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the bank's marketing technology stack including CRM platform, web/digital analytics platforms, marketing automation, email and social media management tools. Partners with Digital Banking and IT/Business Systems teams to ensure integrations between marketing systems and core banking digital platforms are optimized. Establishes and manages marketing campaign workflows, timelines, and cross-functional coordination to ensure consistent and timely execution. Plans and executes marketing programs (customer acquisition, onboarding, retention) across email, digital, website, social and customer communication channels. Develops and implements marketing reporting frameworks and measurement models to evaluate campaign effectiveness, channel performance, customer acquisition, and overall marketing ROI. Manages vendor relationships related to website hosting, and its technical maintenance. Ensures website functionality, ADA compliance, and regulatory standards are maintained. Drives website optimization initiatives including personalization. Manages and engages the Marketing Analyst, providing guidance on analytics, reporting, and campaign support.

REQUIRED SKILLS
Outstanding data analysis and reporting capabilities, with the ability to interpret marketing performance metrics, customer insights, and segmentation data to inform strategy. Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills. Skilled in adopting and leveraging technologies to enhance efficiency, communication, and task management Experienced in marketing technology platforms, marketing automation tools, dashboards, and CRM systems to manage campaigns and track results.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is often performed in an office environment. Ability to stay in a stationary position, operate a computer, move inside the workplace and exchange information. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement in accordance with Webster Five's Remote Work Policy.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Data Analytics or equivalent years of experience.
MINIMUM PRIOR EXPERIENCE

Pay:
$95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
