Take ownership of content projects from start to finish, including planning, messaging, writing, launch support, and measuring results. Write, edit, and improve content for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, blogs, videos, product promotions, and other marketing materials. Turn product details and business priorities into clear, useful messaging that speaks to customer needs. Create campaign content and supporting materials across digital channels while keeping the brand voice and message consistent. Digital Content & Channel Execution Develop and improve content for email campaigns and remarketing efforts to increase engagement and drive conversions. Update and improve website, landing page, and product page content with a focus on clarity, ease of use, and performance. Bring creative ideas forward and carry them through into strong content, digital campaigns, and video projects. Collaboration & Performance Work closely with Sales and other teams to create content and campaigns that support outreach, pipeline goals, and broader business priorities. Use performance data, testing, and audience insights to improve content and strengthen marketing results over time. Use AI and marketing tools to work more efficiently and improve content development, campaign execution, and reporting. Events & Additional Support Support webinars, events, and occasional trade shows through content creation, promotion, follow-up, and on-site participation, with light travel a few times per year. Help with customer-facing support by phone and chat when needed, along with other related responsibilities. What You Bring Skills, Abilities & Interests Creating clear, engaging content across web, email, and digital marketing channels. Building and managing website content in WordPress and Elementor, including page creation, updates, and troubleshooting. Supporting email marketing efforts through campaign execution and platform management. Using AI tools to generate ideas, streamline content development, and improve marketing workflows. Taking ownership of projects, managing priorities, and using performance insights to improve results. Collaborating with internal teams while delivering responsive support for customer inquiries. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field?? 7+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role?? Additional Details Schedule Monday - Friday, during general business hours Full-time, in-office position Occasional remote work available on an ad hoc basis
