That means we don't just run campaigns — we take ownership of our clients' growth and are accountable for outcomes that move the business forward. This role is the embodiment of that promise. We are looking for a Marketing Success Manager to serve as the primary client-facing owner across a portfolio of accounts. This is not an execution role — it is a consultative, relationship, and accountability role. You are the client's trusted advisor, their advocate within our team, and the person responsible for ensuring that the work we do consistently delivers measurable, compounding value. You will work alongside a skilled team of SEO, PPC, content, and design specialists across multiple organizational contexts — serving clients of varying sizes, navigating different internal teams, and maintaining alignment across stakeholders who don't always speak the same language. Your job is to make sure everyone is always aiming at the right goals. The ideal candidate is a natural relationship-builder and strategic thinker who leads with curiosity, communicates with clarity, and knows how to turn a client conversation into a growth roadmap. What You'll Own Client Relationships & Consultative Partnership Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for an assigned portfolio of clients Lead with a consultative approach — asking the right questions, diagnosing the real problem, and building strategies around business goals rather than just marketing metrics Lead regular client calls, strategy sessions, and performance reviews Translate marketing performance into clear business language — including difficult conversations when results need context or course correction Build long-term partnerships that drive retention, expansion, and referral Strategy Workshops Work with our team to plan and facilitate strategy workshops with clients — a core differentiator of our Growth Marketing approach Use workshops to align stakeholders on goals, surface opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and build shared ownership of the growth roadmap Work with our team to translate workshop outputs into clear, actionable plans that the execution team can execute against Bring structure and energy to sessions that make clients feel the engagement is proactive, not reactive Strategic Oversight Work with clients to define goals, priorities, and success metrics — and ensure the execution team is always aligned to those priorities Contribute strategic input on integrated SEO and PPC programs without owning day-to-day execution Serve as the bridge between client expectations and execution team capacity — navigating across internal teams, client organizations, and competing priorities with diplomacy and clarity Identify growth opportunities from performance data and bring them forward as recommendations clients didn't know they needed Performance Accountability Own performance reporting across assigned accounts — ROI, CAC, conversion rates, traffic quality, and revenue impact Develop and present reports with clear insights and forward-looking recommendations, and turn it into an approachable story, not just data Hold yourself accountable for the value delivered to each client, even when execution lives on another team member's desk Innovation & Growth Marketing Embody our identity as a Growth Marketing Agency — always thinking beyond the current campaign toward compounding, sustainable client growth Leverage AI tools and emerging platforms to surface insights, improve efficiency, and stay ahead of the curve Recommend process and tooling improvements that raise the bar across the team What We're Looking For Required 5-8+ years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing role — agency background strongly preferred Demonstrated consultative approach to client engagements — you listen, build rapport, and diagnose before you prescribe Experience planning and leading workshops or strategic working sessions with clients or executive stakeholders Strong working knowledge of SEO, PPC, measurement, attribution, and data analysis — enough to hold strategy conversations, evaluate performance intelligently, and ask the right questions of specialists Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships across complex, multi-stakeholder environments Analytical fluency with platforms like GA4, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Tapclicks or a similar reporting platform. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Preferred Experience working in or building toward a growth marketing framework Experience navigating multiple internal teams or organizational structures simultaneously Exposure to CRO, lifecycle marketing, or full-funnel strategy Familiarity with AI tools in a marketing context Who You Are Extroverted and relationship driven. You genuinely enjoy client interaction and are energized by building trust over time. Consultative by nature. You lead with questions before answers, and clients trust you because of it. Proactive. When issues arise, you reach out to your clients before they reach out. You already have an explanation of what happened and a plan to address a downturn in leads or campaign performance. A workshop leader. You can walk into a room of stakeholders with competing priorities and walk out with alignment and a plan. Organizationally fluent. You're comfortable navigating complex client organizations, multiple internal teams, and situations where authority is shared rather than clear-cut. Accountable. You take ownership of outcomes — not just effort — and communicate proactively when something needs to change. Analytically confident. You're comfortable with the data and can turn a metrics review into a compelling story. Growth-minded. You understand that great marketing compounds — and you bring that long-view perspective to every client relationship.
