Post Market Surveillance Supervisor

Quality Supervisor, (Medical Device Complaints, Post Market Surveillance, Remediation) We are seeking a Quality Supervisor with experience leading a team of complaint specialists for post market medical device Hybrid role! We are seeking candidate that can interview this week and start within a week or two! Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a team of 20-25 employees across screening, investigation, and MDR submission functions
• Set and monitor daily and weekly output targets aligned to remediation timelines
• Oversee end-to-end MDR remediation workflow, including: Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical device complaint handling, MDR reporting, or regulatory compliance
• Minimum of 2 years of direct people management experience Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Libertyville, IL.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
